If there’s a “no parking” sign in the lot you were last parked in and it has a phone number on it, call that number. If there is no sign and you still believe you have been towed, call the nearest police department’s non-emergency phone number. Police departments keep records of all tows within their municipalities.

The following items are necessary in claiming your vehicle:

• Make/model of your vehicle
• Location from which your vehicle was recovered
• Valid driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID
• Current proof of vehicle ownership issues in your name (title and/or registration)

All fees for impound recovery must be paid in cash only. Retrieval hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with after-hours pickup available for an additional fee.

If somebody has parked a vehicle illegally on your private property, you are likely well within your rights to have it removed at the owner’s expense. We at Drumheller’s will take the time to work with you and/or your property management team to ensure a quick and damage-free tow.
